Do you know what Gagome kelp is?
This is a type of kelp from Minami-Kayabe.
It is very sticky and flavorful.
Gagome kelp" is kneaded into udon noodles.
It looks a bit like thick buckwheat noodles, but it is buckwheat flour-free and brownish-ish in color from the kelp.
The moment you eat it, you can smell the slight aroma of kelp.
I personally highly recommend this menu.
For lunch, we recommend the "Udon Zen"!
